GENERAL INFORMATION AND TERMS

MUSIC SHIPPED ON DEFINITE ORDER is not returnable, except where there is a faulty publication. Merchandise will then be replaced postage free.

MINIMUM ORDER of $10.00 is required for shipping or charging to a credit card.

PRICING: Our prices are most moderate wherever we have control. However, all prices are subject to change without prior notice.

SHIPPING: We strive to ship your order complete; however, if you choose to have partial orders shipped, additional shipping charges may apply.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING COSTS: The least expensive form of mailing is the special Fourth Class for books and printed matter, etc.; however, this can take up to 4 weeks to reach you and often arrive damaged. We have chosed the more efficient, though a bit more expensive, mode to dispatch to you quickly, which is PRIORITY/FIRST CLASS MAIL. This takes 3 to 5 business days. First Class is for anything weighing up to 12oz, Priority is for over 12oz. A Handling fee will be added to the base USPS shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS: International shipping rates are determined by the destination and may not be readily available. We use Priority Air Mail as our standard method of shipping internationally. If Express or Surface mail is preferred, please indicate that at the time of the order.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS: Special handling and/or insurance added to your package will be included with your shipping costs if your order is over $300.00. If you require additional handling (insurance, registered, etc.) please indicate this at the time of the order.

MODE OF PAYMENT: We accept credit card prepayment of all orders by Visa, Master Card, and Discover. We do not accept American Express. Orders that request billing will be honored, but must be paid within 30 days of receiving.

STUDENTS/MUSIC CAMPS: Attendees are asked to prepay upon ordering or give your permanent address and telephone number for billing purposes.

ORCHESTRAL PARTS, CDs AND ARCHIVAL MUSIC: We do have these items in our inventory and they are available upon special request. We also have a large repertoire in our archival department from which obscure or dated publications may be ordered.
